The Behavior Helper Academy (TBHA) is a premier therapeutic and academic center located in St. Charles County, proudly serving students from across the region.
We provide a supportive and individualized learning environment for students with diverse needs—ranging from those with significant emotional and behavioral challenges to students who simply require additional classroom support to reach their full potential. Instruction is differentiated based on each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and classroom placement, ensuring that every learner has the tools to succeed.
Our students’ academic pathways are equally individualized. Some participate in the Missouri Assessment Program–Alternate (MAP-A) and graduate by meeting their IEP goals, while others earn credits and graduate under Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) requirements.
TBHA serves students ages 5–21 with a variety of educational identifications, including Autism, Emotional Disturbance, Intellectual Disability, Multiple Disabilities, Other Health Impairment, Speech or Language Impairment, and Specific Learning Disability.
