BCBA, BCaBA or BACB Practicum Student
About the Role
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for the development of Treatment Plans designed to reduce problem behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors and other skills. We will consider those in a current accredited program procuring hours towards BCBA or BCaBA certification.
FULL-TIME; M-F; 8:30a-5:00p; NO WEEKENDS

Position Requirements
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop subsequent Treatment Plans (this includes Behavior Intervention Plans [BIPs]) in collaboration with parents/caregivers and the Clinical Director
Conduct Skill Assessments and develop applicable skill acquisition programming
Assess skill acquisition targets and behavior change procedures through the effective use of data and graphing, direct observations, team consultation and records review; this could include program/plan modification
Train RBTs and/or BTs on all Treatment Plan contents
Ensure correct implentation of Treatment Plan contents through Treatment Integrity checks
Develop written reports as necessary to meet insurance guidelines
Provide direct supervison to RBTs and/or Behavior Line Therapists and Practicum Students
Conduct in-service training meetings to enhance RBT and/or BT job skills and personal growth and development
Complete Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as required for certification maintenance
Follow ethical and professional guidelines as prescribed by The Behavior Helper, The Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the Missouri Behavior Analyst Advisory Board
Qualifications
HIGHLY PREFERRED Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, education or related field
MO Licensure as a Behavior Analyst
Class E Driver's License
Personal auto insurance in good standing
3+ years working as a BCBA regardless of environment (in-home, clinic, school) with supervisory experience
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in psychology, social work, education or related field
MO Licensure as a Provisional Behavior Analyst
1+ year working as a supervisor in the ABA field or with an agency that services individuals with developmental disabilities
Other Qualifications
BACB Practicum Student (FREE BCBA supervision provided upon hire)
Willingness to procure MO Licensure as a Provisional Behavior Analyst (if applicable)
Willingness to procure Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) Certification
Working experience in ABA and/or with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
