TO BE ELIGIBLE, CLIENTS SHOULD...

Be aged 18+ and have a Home & Community Based Waiver through The Department of Mental Health (DMH)
-
Have an Individual Support Plan (ISP) with a recommendation for ABA services through an Adult Day Program

​Be medically stable
-
Have no recent history or episodes of INTENSE problem behaviors (i.e. physical aggression, property destruction, or self-injurious behavior that is high in frequency and places themself or others in imminent danger)

Require no more than routine prompts, supervision, or physical assistance to perform basic care tasks (e.g. eating, toileting, grooming etc...)

Use public restrooms independently

Be able to follow simple directions

Endure warm weather, especially during warmer months, and participate in outdoor group activities
